If the product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and care in every step.

1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

  • The return must include a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt).

  • Items must be free from pet hair, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Procedure for Each Case

A. Returns Due to HanniGifts’ Fault (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)

We take full responsibility if your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping (ripped, stained, etc.)

  • With printing or stitching defects

  • As a different item than what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design)

CostCompletely free. HanniGifts will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Solution: You may choose to receive a full refund (including original shipping fee) or a replacement of the same product (if available).

B. General Returns (Change of Mind or Doesn’t Fit)

This applies when the product is fine, but you no longer want it—whether it didn’t fit, wasn’t your style, or you changed your mind.

Applicable Products: All clothing sold on hannigifts.com.

Cost: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse postage costs in these cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and careful packaging.

Solution: After we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s price (excluding the original shipping fee).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Gift cards

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered by the customer

4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

  • The reason for your return

  • For damaged/defective items: Attach clear photos of the issue

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return approval and instructions. If the return is our fault, we’ll also include a prepaid return label.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Please pack your return carefully using the original packaging (if possible). Include your order number and name inside the package, and send it to:

5. Money-Back Guarantee: Timing & Method

We commit to processing your refund within 3 business days of receiving and verifying the return.

  • Refund Method: Directly to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Store credit will only be issued upon request.

  • Email Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

  • Bank Processing Time: Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees—ever. We want your return experience to be as easy and fair as possible.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS
