At HanniGifts, we value your flexibility and peace of mind. We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel your order, and what to expect in terms of refunds and support.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—provided production has not yet started.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return the item once received. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. In your message, include the following:

  • Your Order ID

  • The email address or phone number used at checkout

  • (Optional) A brief reason for your cancellation request

Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day to confirm whether the cancellation is still possible based on the status of your order.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved before production begins:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Refunds are typically issued within 3 business days, though it may take an additional 3–7 business days for your payment provider (bank, credit card, or PayPal) to reflect the funds in your account.

Please note: Once your order moves to the “In Production” stage, you will receive an email notification, and cancellation will no longer be available.

4. After the 24-Hour Period

If more than 24 hours have passed, or your order has entered production or shipping, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

However, you’re still welcome to return the item once received, as long as it meets our return policy requirements. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return.
