If the product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and care in every step.

Please read the policy below carefully to understand how returns and refunds work for all apparel purchased through hannigifts.com.

You can return most items within 90 days of delivery if they meet the conditions below:

  • The item is in original condition: clean, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached

  • The item is free of pet hair, deodorant stains, or signs of wear unrelated to manufacturing

  • You include proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

What counts as “unworn”?
Trying an item on briefly at home is perfectly okay. We consider something “worn” only if it has been used beyond fitting — worn outside, washed, or damaged in any way.

Two Return Scenarios

1. If It’s Our Fault (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect)

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item:

  • Return is completely free

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label

  • You can choose a full refund (including the original $4.99 shipping) or a replacement if available

2. If You Changed Your Mind

Didn’t love the style? Wrong size? No problem — we still accept returns.

Here’s what you should know:

  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost

  • The original $4.99 shipping fee is not refundable

  • Your refund will cover only the product’s purchase price

Example:
You ordered a hoodie for $39.99 + $4.99 shipping.
You return it at your own cost → You’ll be refunded $39.99.
Total out-of-pocket cost: return postage + the $4.99 you originally paid.

We know this may be disappointing, so we encourage checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items washed, worn (beyond trying on), or altered after delivery

Important:
All Final Sale or Clearance products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages at checkout. We believe in full transparency.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email [email protected] within 90 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the product is defective or damaged

Step 2: We’ll Guide You
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. If it’s our error, we’ll include a prepaid label.

Step 3: Pack and Ship
Use the original packaging if possible. Include your name and order number inside the package.

Refunds and Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item

  • Funds go back to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once issued

  • Your bank may take 3–7 business days to complete the transaction

We never charge restocking fees. Returning something shouldn’t feel like a penalty.
